Scheduling Policy

Scheduling happens through my calendar on Acuity. Availability is usually added six weeks in advance. Since I do have a dayjob and other variables in life, I reserve the right to keep my flexible week to week.

The full fees for services will be paid in advance of all bookings. Please note that I am based in the Netherlands and all times are given in central european time zone. You can manually adjust your own time zone in Acuity to avoid confusion. If there are no available times for your time zone, feel free to reach out to me and we can try looking for a time that works for both of us.

Cancellation, Refunds, Late/No-Shows, & Rescheduling Policy

Since each consultation requires preparation time in advance of our session, consultations can only be rescheduled without additional charge up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. No-shows or cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the consultation time do not qualify for rescheduling or a refund, but I will offer you a discount to book a new session.

If you buy a package (astrology coaching and/or mentoring sessions), you can request a refund only after the first session if you choose not to continue with the program. To be eligible, you need to inform me in writing within 24 hours after the first session. If you don’t meet this deadline, the refund option is no longer available. This refund policy applies only to the first package you purchase. For any additional packages, refunds are only possible before the first session of the new package.

A session is marked as missed or a no-show if a client is 15 minutes (10 minutes for a Discovery Call) or more late beyond the scheduled start time. If a session is missed without prior notice, rescheduling will require purchasing the service again. Refunds are available only if the session is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or after a consultation do not qualify for a refund.

Consultation disclaimer

The services I offer can provide meaningful support for processes of self-actualisation, but my consultations do not replace professional medical, legal or financial diagnoses or services. My consultations are not psychic services or fortune telling. I can only guide you towards future possibilities. Your free will will always play a role. You agree that under no circumstances shall I be held liable for your actions, or for direct or indirect damage arising out of your use of my services.

I reserve the right to decline any consultation request at my discretion.
