Scheduling Policy

Scheduling takes place via my Acuity calendar. Availability is typically released six weeks in advance. As I balance this work alongside a day job and the changing needs of life, my availability may vary from week to week. I reserve the right to adjust my schedule accordingly.

All sessions must be paid in advance. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received. I am based in the Netherlands and all times are listed in Central European Time (CET). You can manually adjust your own time zone in Acuity to avoid confusion. If nothing works for your time zone, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to find an alternative.

Pre-Payment, Packages & Installment Plans

For coaching and mentoring packages, payment can be made in full or via an agreed-upon installment plan. If you choose to pay in installments and later decide to discontinue the package, you are still responsible for completing all scheduled payments. This is because I reserve space in my calendar for the full duration of the package and cannot rebook those time slots at short notice.

Refunds for packages are only available after the first session, provided you notify me via email within 24 hours of that session. If either of us determines it is not a good fit at that point, I will issue a refund for the remainder of the package. This refund option applies only to your first-ever coaching or mentoring package with me. For subsequent packages, no refunds will be granted once the first session has taken place.

If you decide not to use the remaining sessions in a package, they are forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your session. A session is marked as a no-show if you are more than 10 minutes late (5 minutes for a Discovery Call) without prior notice. In such cases, the session is forfeited and must be rebooked and paid for again.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost. If you cancel within 24 hours or miss a session entirely, that time is considered used and will not be refunded. Return clients may cancel or reschedule within 24 hours once without penalty. This exception is granted only one time per client in the case of genuine emergency and does not apply to first-time clients.

Client Conduct & Termination of Services

Clients are expected to show up on time, be communicative, and honour the commitment they’ve made to the work. If a pattern of missed appointments, late arrivals, or lack of communication arises, I may choose to terminate the coaching relationship.

I also reserve the right to pause or end services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule. Access to future sessions will be suspended until outstanding payments are resolved.

Consultation disclaimer

My services are intended to support processes of personal insight, self-awareness, and transformation. However, they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. I do not offer psychic services or fortune-telling; my work is oriented toward insight, reflection, and possibility — not prediction or certainty. Your autonomy and choices remain central.

You agree that I cannot be held liable for your actions or any outcomes resulting from the use of my services. All consultations are offered in good faith, with the intention of supporting your sovereignty and self-trust.

I reserve the right to decline a consultation or coaching arrangement at my discretion.
