Online gentle yoga (donation based)
Every Sunday morning I teach an online gentle yoga class from 9:45 to 10:45 (CET). Gentle yoga is a soft and accessible type of yoga that is focused on finding balance, relaxation and releasing tension in the body. Expect a combination of yin yoga, mindfulness, meditation and some more dynamic but gentle movements at the start of the class to warm up the body.
The classes will be given through Zoom and are donation based. It would be great if you could donate a small amount of money so that I can cover the costs of the Zoom subscription, but please only donate what you’re willing and able to give at this moment.
Depending on the preferred language of the participants, classes will be given in either English or Dutch.
As a yoga teacher I find it important that my classes are accessible to anyone, regardless of experience with yoga. Given that every body is different, I offer variations for most of the poses. Should you however have an injury or specific medical condition, please contact me through e-mail or before class, so that I can help you find variations or alternative poses that work for your body.
Once you have reserved your spot, you will receive the Zoom link and donation link for the chosen class. Bookings close an hour before the class start time.
Are you not able to join the live class? No worries! Each class will be recorded. After the class I will send you a link to the replay video. You can then watch the video at any time you want.
