We welcome you to the third edition of Astro Cafe, an event hosted by a small group of astrologers based in The Netherlands, and taking place on 11 June 2023 from 14:00 to 17:00 at Westerdokpoint in Amsterdam. We invite you to join us for an afternoon of connecting with other astrology enthusiasts, geeking about astrology, and sharing stories to bring astrology alive and learn how the language of the stars applies to your life.
In this edition we’ll discuss the Moon, focusing especially on how your Moon placement teaches you about self-care and nurturance. We’ll go over the meaning of the Moon in general and how to interpret it by element, modality, phase and aspect. And we’ll also share some personal and celebrity examples to illustrate how the Moon uniquely manifests in someone’s life. Since the Moon represents the physical body too, we’ll integrate some somatic exercises to get in touch with your natal Moon placement experientally. If there’s any astrological planet that asks for embodied learning, it’s the Moon!
The cover charge to attend the meeting is €15. There’s a limited amount of space available so make sure to get your ticket as soon as possible. After payment you’ll receive a confirmation of your registration that will count as your entrance ticket. You’ll also receive a short questionnaire a few weeks beforehand so we can gauge what level of astrology fluency you’re at and you’ll get a chance to submit your birth data so you can get a digital copy of your birth chart to keep for future reference.

The location for this event is Westerdokpoint, Westerdok 806, Amsterdam. This is a 15 min. walk from Amsterdam Central Station.
If you want to take public transport you can take bus 48 (direction: Houthavens) from Amsterdam Central Station to bus stop Westerdoksdijk, which is a 2-minute bus ride. From bus stop Westerdoksdijk it’s a 3-minute walk to the location.
If you wish to come by car, parking can be paid in the street, but it’s cheaper to reserve a parking space in the IJDock parking garage at IJdok 33 – if you do so well in advance.
